Article Marketing Tips for Internet Marketers

Create a Captivating Title

Create a captivating title that draws the reader into clicking on your article link, whether it be from search engine result, syndicated location, or directly in the article directory it is published in. The purpose of this article marketing tip is to get the reader to click on your article link.

If you have a boring title, then why should a reader want to read your article? You haven't even created an interest from the beginning, so the reader will think your article will be no different. You have to create a title that either interests them because it will show them how to do something they want to learn how to do or grabs at their curiousity because it is a contraversial topic they are interested in.

What is a Unit of Knowledge?

Posted in Article Marketing

Recently, I introduced myself to a new tool in Google’s arsenal called Knol. They consider a “Knol” to be a “unit of knowledge”. That is kind of funny, it is almost like the site Qassia, which considers its “Intel” to be a “tidbit of information”. Tomato, Tomotto I guess. Now there may be similarities, but there are also differences. Major differences.

With Qassia, you get backlinks for each and every intel you submit to their site. With Knol, you only get a backlink to your site if it is featured on the homepage of Knol, which means it won’t be a permanent backlink.
